Extra Ordinary Meeting (EGM) held on 5th December 2008, Members approved the resolution for alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company for increasing Authorised share capital from Rs. Six Crores to Rs. Twelve Crores and the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1.Record Date for the same is 26 Dec 2008.
CSL is now SEI certified CMMI Level-3 Organization for Software Development, Maintenance, Customer Support & Data Conversion Services.
