ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2007-2008

The Board of Directors have announced an Interim Dividend @ 15% i.e. Re 0.30 per equity share and record date for the same will be 4th Feb 2008.

Compucom Software Ltd has been given an IT training order worth approx 2 crore to train state government employees in various areas of Information Technology. The training would be conducted at district headquarter towns across the state.

CSL wins multi-crore IT Facility Managment Service (FMS) project from Rajasthan State Government(RajCOMP).

CSL wins multi-million rupees project for MIS developement of Toll-Bridges from L&T.

CSL wins web-based software development project from State Co-operative department.

CSL fifth wind-mill in Karnataka (0.8 MW) is expected to be commissioned on March 15, 2007.

In Compliance with listing agreement, please be informed that the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend @15% (Rs1.50 per share), which was fixed for Saturday 3^rd February, has been re-scheduled to Thursday, 15^th February,2007 .
